Terms of Use

By using BellPass you agree to these terms. BellPass is provided to your school, and your school’s own rules come first.

Accounts

• Use your own email and keep access to it private: anyone who can read it can sign in.
• Only link students you are a parent or legal guardian of. The school confirms every link.
• The school can change a role or deactivate an account at any time.

Requests

• A request is only a request until the school approves it.
• Security staff still check who picks up a student. BellPass tells them what the office approved; it does not replace their judgment.
• Give accurate information. Requests are kept in the student’s history.

Alerts and email

Alerts and emails usually arrive within seconds but can be delayed or blocked by your phone, browser or email provider. For anything urgent, call the school.

Availability

We work to keep BellPass running, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable. The gate screen keeps the last list it loaded if the connection drops.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to reach information that isn’t yours, disrupt the app, or use it for anything other than your school’s attendance and permissions.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
